registration begins on February 21,Tuesday from 9-11 AM for PreK and Kindergarten and 1:30-2:30 PM for Grades 1-8 and continues until classes are full. A child must be four years of age on or before September 1 to enter Pre-Kindergarten and five years of age on or before September 1 to enter Kindergarten.
Children entering St. James for grades 1 through 8 will be given math and reading placement tests and students in grades 3-8 will also be asked to submit a writing sample prior to acceptance.
Parents of all new students are required to submit their child(ren)'s birth certificate, Social Security card, certificate of immunization (form GA-3231) and Ear, Eye and Dental Certificate (EED form GA-3300) and report cards (grades1-8). In addition, new Catholic students must also provide: Baptismal certificate, other sacramental certificates, and Parish Participation card.

A child must be officailly registered at St. James School prior to submitting a financial aid application.
